So I have missed the last few days of my recipes! Since the boys are asleep and I mean all 3 boys are sleep, and I am awake catching up on lasts night Bachelor I figure I will catch up on my blog!!!
Pork Roast with Oven Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
Pork Roast
Can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Rosemary
Potatoes (cut into pieces)
Green Beans
Bacon
Directions
I use a Corningware round baking dish with lid but anything will do just cover with foil.
Pre-heat oven to 400
Place Pork Roast in the center of baking dish, place potatoes around roast. Cover roast with cream of mushroom soup(do not add water). Lay fresh Thyme and Rosemary on top of soup. Cover with lid and place in oven. Cook for 35-45 mins depeneding on size of roast. Let rest for 10 mins before slicing.
While the Roast is resting. Slice bacon into small bit size pieces, add to hot pan and fry till done leaving grease and bacon in the pan add frozen or fresh Geen beans and cook a few mins until done.
Then Eat up!!!!! Yummy
